Tetra Digital Group is Canada's leading institutional digital asset infrastructure provider, and right now, we're at an inflection point.

Tetra is Canada's first and only regulated digital asset custodian and first and only regulated FI in Canada to issue a stablecoin.

We're backed by Urbana Corporation, National Bank, ATB Financial, Wealthsimple, Purpose Unlimited, Shakepay, Shopify, and Coinbase Ventures — some of the most consequential names in Canadian finance and fintech.

Our stablecoin, CADD, is live on Base, Ethereum, and Tempo today.

Here's the problem we're solving: Canada clears roughly $424 billion every business day, and much of the payment infrastructure underneath it was designed in the 1980s. Batch windows. Cut-off times. Weekends off. We want to change all that.

We're a team of about 30 people building rails that settle continuously, programmatically, and under regulatory oversight.

The Role ⚙️

This role is reporting into the Head of Operations and Treasury of the Trust business. You help run the day to day of the Trust business but as we are also a close knit team, there will also be initiatives to help with the CADD Stablecoin business line.

The Support & Operations team delivers high-quality client support and manages day-to-day operational processes across the digital asset custody platform. The role resolves client requests, monitors crypto transactions, partners with internal teams, and drives process improvements to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operations.

What You'll Own or Do🎯

Operational workflows and act as an escalation point for resolving complex operational issues
Field customer inquiries, assist with onboarding and ongoing support of clients and partners.
Drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
Design and improve scalable, repeatable operational processes and procedures.
Provide functional and technical support for all electronic fund movements of digital assets and fiat, including FX and banking systems.
Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products and implement updates to our platform.
Able to take simple and complex data sets into simple to understand workflows and dashboards.
Work cross functionally with different teams, such as Client Service, Product, Business Development, Compliance, Finance, etc.

What We're Looking For 🔍

Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in digital assets or financial operations, with familiarity of digital assets and blockchain.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and deliver innovative solutions.
Growth mindset with a passion for the digital asset industry and trends.
Proven ability to lead projects independently, manage time effectively, and handle escalations with maturity.
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel; additional experience with data tools, automation platforms, or scripting languages is a plus.

Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you've run regulated financial infrastructure at a bank, a payments processor, or a fintech that survived a real audit, you already have the harder half of this job. We'll teach you the chains.

A Note on Fit 🧭

Tetra moves fast and the expectations are high. We're not a place that slows down to accommodate bureaucracy or process for its own sake. But we're also a licensed trust company, and some things genuinely cannot break. Holding both of those at once is the actual skill.

Some honest specifics, because you'll ask in the interview anyway and we'd rather answer now:

On-call is real and it's shared. 24/7 market, 24/7 platform, we are not not a 9-5 job and have to be ready to help customers after hours and on weekends if need be
Expect a little chaos. Working in the operations of a digital asset company does not have a perfect playbook, we often just need to pull our sleeves a bit and tackle the problems as they come.
