Description
Who We Are
Tetra is leading the charge in Canada’s digital asset revolution, solving one of the final barriers to widespread institutional adoption: secure, compliant custody. With $10 million in backing from powerhouses like ATB Financial, National Bank, Shopify, and Wealthsimple, we’re launching Canada’s first regulated stablecoin and scaling beyond custody into a multi-billion-dollar ecosystem. Managing over $2.5 billion in assets under custody, profitable, and partnered with top-tier banks and fintech giants, Tetra is at the epicenter of Canada’s financial transformation. Founded in 2019 under Tetra Digital Group, we’re building the world’s premier institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure with the stability of a financially robust organization and the high-octane agility of a startup with world-class potential.

You’re a high-octane, forward-thinking professional with a relentless drive to accelerate your career and make a transformative impact. As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be the strategic right hand to the CEO, a trusted partner to subsidiary Presidents, and a catalyst for aligning Tetra’s ambitious vision with flawless execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, crave opportunities to learn and grow quickly, and are ready to level up our organization in record time.
